Research privacy notice

By submitting this survey or taking part in an interview, you consent to Pretty Little Marketer Ltd using your responses to understand our audience and improve our brand, content, events and membership. If you register for an interview or focus group, we will also use your contact details to arrange participation. Survey responses will be stored through Tally in the European Union. With your consent, interviews and focus groups will be audio-recorded and transcribed using Google Meet, with files securely stored in PLM’s Google Drive. Data will only be accessed within PLM by our UK-based team for the purpose of our research as outlined above. We may use AI tools to support analysis, removing names and email addresses first to reduce the risk of identification. Other responses, including job role, organisation and written/spoken answers, may remain. Your details will only be used for the purpose of this research, and to inform future business priorities, and will be deleted or anonymised once the research project has concluded. Scroll Forward 2027 ticket draw - terms and conditions

The giveaway is run by Pretty Little Marketer Ltd (company number 14560950), Star Lodge, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, England, GL50 1TY, and is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding PLM employees, contractors and their immediate families. To enter, complete the survey in full and submit your name and email address, with one entry per person and no purchase necessary. Entries close at 23:59 UK time on 9th October 2026. Two winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted by email within 7 days of the closing date, and must reply within 14 days to claim their prize or an alternative winner will be drawn. Each winner receives one ticket to Scroll Forward 2027, with two tickets available in total.

The event date is to be confirmed and will be shared with winners once announced, and if a winner can’t attend on that date the prize is forfeited. The prize is the ticket only and does not include travel, accommodation or any other costs. Tickets are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or another prize. Your details will only be used to run the giveaway and contact the winners, will not be shared with third parties other than to administer prizes, or used for marketing, and will be deleted once the prize has been claimed. By entering, you agree to these terms, which are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
